A real estate firm, PWAN Royale, has unveiled ambitious expansion plans aimed at reaching 20 additional states in Nigeria over the next five years.

At the company’s fifth anniversary celebration held recently in Lagos, its Managing Director, Mr. Augustine Ejiofor, said the corporate ambition of PWAN Royale was to solve the lingering housing insufficiency nightmare tormenting Nigerians.

“In our first five years, we established a presence in nine states. Looking ahead, we aim to reach at least 20 states across Nigeria to make homeownership a reality for more people”, he said, assuring that modalities to owning homes were being simplified.

Ejiofor emphasised the company’s commitment to becoming a leading real estate network marketing company, offering diverse services to a heterogeneous audience.

He said, the company prioritises continuous service improvement by securing prime locations, developing high-quality properties and providing delightful customer service.

“Making homeownership a reality remains our core vision,” Ejiofor declared. “We strive to make this dream achievable for more Nigerians than ever. This commitment extends to our clients, marketers, and staff, fostering financial stability for all.”

Reflecting on the past five years, He acknowledged the industry’s transformation, highlighting a growing awareness of real estate’s potential for wealth creation and the positive impact on countless lives. He also acknowledged multi-dimensional challenges the company has contended with since its debut in Lekki in 2019.

“Today, we boast of properties across nine states, facilitating over 5,000 property allocations and making over 2,000 Nigerians proud homeowners. The significant role of our dedicated marketing team is worth noting,” Ejiofor stated.

He stressed the importance of innovation in the competitive real estate sector.

“PWAN Royale constantly monitors trends and adapts its practices to the current market. We ask ourselves: What’s the current market reality? How can we improve financially, gain recognition, and achieve success?

“If results aren’t ideal, we don’t hesitate to make changes,” Ejiofor explained.

On tackling fraud and the role of associations like Real Estate Development Association of Nigeria (REDAN), he emphasized the need for a strong regulatory framework and a cautious public.

Ejiofor, however, acknowledged limitations in the current system. He advised potential property buyers not to be swayed by unrealistic promises but always conduct due diligence.

“Verify the property through site visits, obtaining coordinates, and land registry checks (especially in Lagos), ensure that government has no claim on the land, verify that all documentation is up-to-date. By

following these steps, potential buyers can significantly reduce the risk of fraud and make informed decisions,” he stated.

“As the highest sales person for 2023, Mr. Ikechukwu Ndulue was honoured with a 2013 Toyota Highlander car as his award. “Elated Ndulue expressed his gratitude to the company, stating the recognition would motivate him for even greater achievements.

“Adding to the excitement, Mr. Emeka Great Ifeakandu emerged victorious in the PWAN Royale’s Royalty Sales 2024 raffle, taking home a brand new Toyota Camry.  Ifeakandu echoed Ndulue’s sentiments, expressing gratitude to the company and pledging to double his efforts. “The ceremony wasn’t just about top performers. PWAN Royale generously awarded a wide range of electronics prizes to its dedicated staffers and loyal clients. According to the CEO, the company invested over N8 million in the various gifts.
