United Kingdom real estate mogul and serial entrepreneur, Jordan Messoud, has urged aspiring entrepreneurs not to let money be their motivating factor to be successful.

According to the founder of J Messoud University, they must focus on learning and seeking information about their craft, saying “you must first LEARN before you can EARN”.

In his words, “The best advice I would give people who are starting up is to make sure you are passionate about what you are doing. If you are passionate then you can stick to your craft for many years.

“Don’t focus on money, focus on learning to be a Sponge and soak up all the information necessary, you must first LEARN before you can EARN,” he advised.

Messoud further urged intending entrepreneurs to be veterans and experts they can learn from which will serve as a network for them in the future.
