Shredded Beef sauce is an Chinese style beef sauce. It’s a quick, spicy and easy recipe. As with most Asian style sauces, Soy Sauce is very necessary and will be incorporated into this shredded beef sauce to give it its distinct Chinese flavour, while, Oyster Sauce adds to the flavour and gives it a sweetish ting. However, it is optional if you don’t like over sweet things.
Ingredients
Beef-to be shredded
Dark soy sauce
Oyster sauce (Optional)
Curry
Thyme
Ginger
Garlic
Cubes of your choice
Salt
Onions – blended
Grinder black pepper
Green, yellow, red peppers- thinly sliced
Groundnut oil
Preparations
Season and boil meat with salt, cubes of your choice, thyme, onion, curry, ginger, and garlic.
Fry onion with little oil
Add blended pepper
Add dark soy sauce, oyster sauce allow to boil together
Add beef to fry ( shredded)
Taste for sweetness
Add any cube of your choice
Add salt to taste
Then add green, yellow, red and black peppers
Allow to fry for few minutes
Turn off the fire
Serve with white rice
