Afrobeats stars, Wande Coal, Ruger and Guchi have been penciled to perform at the maiden edition of AIT Music Plus Festival, which will take place at Good Beach, Victoria Island, Lagos on April 11, 2024.
According to Mursty Adinoyi, executive producer of the music festival, a collaborative effort of Emrose Productions and AIT, the event would serve as a platform to not only discover talent, but also give upcoming artistes opportunity to showcase their talent while also celebrating some music icons.
He added that the police would be on ground to provide maximum security during the event, while officials of the Lagos State Ministry of Health will be on standby to attend to health issues in case of any emergency.
“The aim of the carnival is to connect brands and young talent, expand content strategically, boost its popularity among the new generation and improve acceptance for more visibility, while also celebrating the evolving Nigerian music culture,” Adinoyi stated.
A live network party with over 5,000 people is expected at the festival, including over 40 million watching live on AIT network, AIT Cloud TV, and HitList ‘n Cruzin YouTube channel.
Other performers at the show are Magneto, Eltee Skhillz, Qing Madi, DJ Picasso, and DJ Nana.
