Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State on Tuesday assigned portfolio to his new cabinet which saw the former Commissioner for Information and Strategy , Declan Emelumba retaining his former position but had Public Orientation added to his ministry.
Also, Chimezie Amadi, Prosper Ohayagha, Ruby Emele, COC Akaolisa remained in their former positions of Digital Economy and e – governance, health, Local Government and Chieftaincy affairs, Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice respectively.
Meanwhile, former member representing Owerri zone at the National Assembly, Ikenna Elezianya was assigned to the Science and Technology ministry.
Others are : Ralph Nwosu , Works ,Chuck Chukwuemeka, Finance , Emeka Okoronkwo , Special Duties ,Oguchienti , Power , Mayor Emenike, Environment Modestus Osakwe, Homeland Security, Anyanwu, Budget and Economic Planning , Bede Eke ,Housing and Urban Development ,professor J.C Nwadike , Education , Lady Nkechi Ugwu- Women Affairs and Obinna Onyeocha , Youths and Sports .
The list also include , Jerry Egemba , Culture and Tourism ,Chief Cosmas Maduba , Agriculture and Natural Resources , Chika Abazu Industry, Trade and Investment , Emeka Mgbudem, Petroleum and Ifeanyi Oruh, Rural Development.
