Lagos, Feb. 21, 2024 (NAN) Organiser of Mr and Miss Nigeria International Pageant, Dr Brendan Nsikak, says he has partnered with U.S.-based Fashion Entertainment Television Hub (FE TV HUB) to boost Nigeria’s fashion and entertainment industries globally.

Nsikak, the Chief Executive Officer of Brendance and Crusader Nigeria Ltd., disclosed this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Wednesday in Lagos.

According to him, the partnership will boost the potential the Nigerian fashion and entertainment industries have to offer.

Nsikak said that the project would also promote the creation of jobs for artistes in the sector.

“The aim is to set the stage to make Nigeria known globally as a fashion entertainment capital, to realise all the potential that the Nigerian fashion industry and entertainment industry have to offer.

“It will also provide opportunities to Nigerian creatives for their work to see success through the global entertainment economy.

“The project will produce two televised events in the fall, Fit for a King and Inferno Runway.

“Fit for a King is a men’s fashion designer competition searching for the nation’s next top men’s designer; packed with top Nollywood stars and Nigerian fashion icons.

“The programme is a visual feast of royalty and celebrities. A regalia of opulent and ostentatious African fashion that only the uber fashion-conscious Nigerians can achieve,” he said.

The entertainment promoter added that each episode would showcase designers create a look for a celebrity to stomp down the runway and viewers will evict one designer until only one designer is crowned ‘Fit for a King’.
