Chairman of the Rowe Oil Nigeria, Chief Chukwudi Nnaji, has buried his late father, Chief Amos Nnamchi Nnaji (Ezeakonaobi) in a grand style.

The event, which took place at his hometown, Amaechi Uwani, Awkunanaw, Enugu South Local Government Area of Enugu State, attracted dignitaries within and outside Enugu.

The dignitaries that attended the event included the former governor of Old Anambra State, Senator Jim Nwobodo, former Senate president, Ken Nnamani, Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Chief Uche Nnaji, the Nigerian ambassador to Poland, Christian Ugwu, the senator representing Enugu East senatorial zone, Kelvin Chukwu, General Officer Commanding, 82 Division, and other service chiefs, Speaker, Enugu State House of Assembly (ESHA), Uche Ugwu, some current members of the ESHA and former speakers of the State Assembly, Sam Atu, currently representing Enugu North and South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, and other former members of the National Assembly.

Others were advertising guru and chairman, New Crystal Group, Chief Mbanefo Chidozie, Chairman, OAS Group, Captain Evarest Nnaji (Odengene), Methodist Archbishop, Rev. Christopher Edeh, and some clergymen, some current and former members of Enugu State Executive Council, Chief Pete Edochie, Dr Obinna Iyiegbu (Obi Cubana), musician, Kola Boy, captains of industry, technocrats, politicians, traditional rulers and other personalities.

Speaking to newsmen at the event, Chief Nnaji expressed gratitude to all his guests, who devoted their time to join him and his family in their period of grief. He also thanked God almighty for the successful burial ceremony.
