A ray of hope shone for childless couples when the Ibidun Ighodalo Foundation reached out to childless couples on Friday, November 16, at the MUSON Centre, Lagos as the wife of popular pastor, Ituah Ighodalo, Ibidun Ighodalo made real her intention to give a lifeline to couples who are childless at an event tagged ‘Maa Gbe Temi Jo.’

Among others, Ighodalo revealed that she is planning a medical institution that will cater for barren women and childless couples.

She said: “The IIF has over time established a good reputation for partnerships with highly reputable fertility clinics in Nigeria and with other donors to provide couples with the financial and material support they require during the treatments. The foundation also provides the necessary psychological and spiritual support required to deal with the pressures of childlessness along the journey to conception.”

Guests that graced the event included Africa’s richest black woman, Folorunsho Alakija, Dr. Muiz Banire, former First Lady of Lagos State, Dame Abimbola Fashola, KICC pastor, Matthew Ashimolowo and an array of medical doctors.
