The Presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP), Atiku Abubakar,  the Labour Party(LP), Peter Ibi and the Allied Peoples Movement (APM)  have gotten the permission of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT), to serve their separate petitions on the president-elect,  Bola Tinubu,  Kashim Shettima and Kabir Masari by substituted means through the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Counsel to Atiku and PDP, Eyitayo Jegede (SAN) who argued the exparte motion sought leave to serve Tinubu with the petition and other accompanying processes through the APC.
On their part, Obi and his Labour Party had sought, in their motion, argued by Ikechukwu Ezechukwu (SAN) , sought leave to serve Tinubu and Shettima though the APC.
In its motion, argued Oyetola Atoyebi (SAN), the APM sought leave to serve Tinubu, Shettima and Masari through the APC.
