The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a fake soldier in full military attire at Ijegun area of the system
The fake soldier has been on the wanted list of the military.
According to Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer PPRO SP Benjamin Hundyin, the suspect was nabbed during a routine visibility patrol along Fagbile Estate Ijegun Isheri Oshun.
He said the suspect, who was bearing the name Sgt Major Femi Balogun, has been linked to so many crimes under investigation.
He said while in police custody, the police contacted the military Guard Commander in charge of the pipeline in Ijeododo, who sent some of his men, who came to the station and identified the suspect as fake, and has been on their wanted list.
