Commissioner of Police, Osun State, Mr Mohammed Isyaku, has warned criminals to stay away from the state: “It will be too hot for them to operate as we arrested 15 suspected criminals in hideouts.

“I have sent strong signals to criminals who come in from neighbouring states. They should relocate because it will be too hot for them. Police in conjunction with local vigilance groups acting on intelligence arrested some suspected hoodlums

“We have continuously intensified our drive for policing and other relevant engagements with concerted intelligence-led operations. We are synergising with other security agencies. Proactive measures are being made to flush the criminals out of their hideouts.

“Officers are warned to shun corruption. They should imbibe community policing which prompted the arrest of some armed robbery suspects in Gbogan and IIesa. The suspects confessed to the crime.
