At yesterday’s The Sun Newspapers Awards night, various awardees who spoke straight from the heart, individually expressed what the honour meant to them, with a good number of them suggesting that the gesture would spur them to do more for humanity.
Former Minister of State for Solid Minerals Development, Dr. Uche Ogah, who received The Industrialist of the Year Award, dedicated it to his Uturu community in Abia State. Ogah, who is founder, Masters Energy Group, said the award would encourage him to do more, while Chief Celestine Ebubeogu, chairman, Tiger Foods Limited who also received The Industrialist of the Year Award said it was a tonic that would spur him and his management for greater productivity.
