As part of her desire to help and empower people —especially women this time around— to unlock their full potential and live with purpose and sparkle, Nkechi has released a new book titled ‘Sparkle: The ABC of Smarter Living’.
In the new book, Nkechi introduced a transformative concept known as ABC, which means ‘Accept and Assess, Boundaries and Values, Community, and Decision-making’. She shared holistic strategies and insights that really do have the potential to change women’s lives.
Nkechi, who qualified as a medical doctor in the 1990s with several postgraduate degrees to boot, explains how women are able to unlock their full potential and truly sparkle. She also dropped tips to optimize time and energy, as well as techniques for cultivating and nurturing meaningful connections and tools for enhancing overall well-being.
The new book project is already enjoying rare reviews and accolades including a generous mention in some international news platforms. This, it was learnt, has heightened the book’s rating and acceptance. She recently travelled to New York for the book tour where she had conversations with several young women who are at an early stage in their career and seeking guidance on living a smarter, more balanced life. Nkechi also visited the United Nations headquarters to talk about the book.
