The final burial ceremony of the mother of Ogun State Commissioner for Rural Development, Mrs Olufemi Ilori-Oduntan, comes up tomorrow at the Emfelix Events and Conference Centre, Ogun State Housing Corporation Estate, Idi-Aba, Abeokuta.
Aged 82, Alhaja Ilori, nee Adelekan Agbogunleri, was the Iyalode Musulumi of Egbaland, Balogun Obinrin, Oke-Ona Egba Muslim and Ariwajoye of Shashaland, Lagos.
She died on Sunday, December 3, 2023. Her remains were interred same day according to Islamic rites, at her Asero, Abeokuta residence. Her contemporaries included the late Chief Alaba Lawson, Iyalode of Egbaland and Chief Adebisi Edioseri (Cash Madam).
She is survived by Olori Oluwa-toyin Inayat Oniru, Mr Adedamola Olaseni Ilori and Mrs Olufemi Ilori-Oduntan among others.
