The Director General of the Labour Party (LP) Kaduna State governorship campaign, Tsahiru Bako, has said that the party’s candidate, Jonathan Asake, is far more qualified than other governorship candidates in the state.
The campaign DG said based on Asake’s academic qualification as a professional physicist, he is more qualified to take the state to a well calculated path of development, «even as far as to the moon.»
Addressing a press conference on Friday ahead of the campaign kick off for the 23 local government areas of the state, Bako said Asake is a complete scientist who will not toy with what will ensure speedy socio-economic development of the state.
“Jonathan Asake is young, humble and dynamic. He is a replica of the presidential candidate of the party, Dr. Peter Obi. He is ready to work for the good of the state. Asake is a scientist by profession. He holds first degree in physics. And a Masters’ degree in Applied Science. So you can see that he is ahead of other governorship candidates in terms of academic qualification. Such a person has a digital approach to issues of development of the state.
Asake had worked at the local, state and federal government levels, so you can imagine his experiences in public services. He is therefore the best man for the job of governorship of our dear State, Kaduna,” Bako said.
