Winner of Ekiti State All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial primary and minister of Solid Minerals, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, has declared that he would quit his current job in a week.

The former Ekiti State governor, spoke to State House Correspondents at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

He said there was a lot of work to do, maintaining that  he and his co-contestants are seeing the coming election as a collective rescue mission of the state.

He also said he was preparing his hand over note before he finally bids the Federal cabinet farewell to face the ‘dauting’ challenges ahead.
