He said: “Training and learning remain continuous processes. So, if you are good today you would want to be better tomorrow. We would continue to work in the spirit of improvement for the best today might not be the best tomorrow because the world is changing every day, especially with the advent of technology. So, we will take positive steps to ensure good capacity development across various levels.”

Bobboi said the agency had in the past had some challenges in dealing with complaints from stakeholders regarding its operations.

“So, PEF had to look inwards to find a solution to some of the challenges that were raised, especially in the market. There has been improvement. The continuous survival of PEF is our determined effort,” he said.
