Eze Ndigbo Ifako-Ijaiye, Lagos, Eze Michael Ezekwobi (Oyiomanatu Ndigbo Gbaagburugburu), has called on Ndigbo at home and the Diaspora to come to together to return South East, to path of socio-economic developments.

He made the appeal during the thanksgiving to mark his 70th birthday and recovery from illness He pledged to continue “to uphold peace, justice and fairness in handling the affairs of Ndigbo in Ifako Ijaiye. He called on Ndigbo to continue to be peaceful with their host state by being law-abiding at all times.
Chief Jude Okorie who spoke on behalf of a committee of friends, described Ezekwobi as a kind king who has touched many lives positively through his philanthropy works.
He thanked God for Eze Ezekwobi’s recovery from a life-threatening illness. He attributed his recovery to God’s healings hand. He wished the monarch healthy years ahead.
