The Energy Institute of Nigeria has concluded plans to host the inaugural Energy Sustainability Conference 2018 with a robust list of speakers benchmarked for best practices, debate, trends and solutions for the future of energy in Nigeria.

A statement by the Institute disclosed that the conference will take place on October 11, 2018 at the Oriental Hotel, Lekki Expressway, Lagos.

With the theme “Energy Dynamics, current issues and policy options” The conference will feature prolific experts who are leaders in government  and public policy, industry leaders from the private sector policy makers, regulators, energy consultants and analysts.

Participants are expected to discuss and analyze critical issues on creating an energy sustainable future for Nigeria by promoting the exchange of knowledge, best practices, innovative ideas and past experiences among stakeholders from across the energy spectrum.

Expected  speakers include Mr Osten Olorunsola, Chairman, Energy Institute Nigeria; Louis Kingham, CEO Energy Institute; Prof. Abubakar Sani Sambo, Vice Chairman, World Energy Council; Mr. Ademola Adeyemi-Bero, Managing Director/CEO First E&P, among others.

The conference will also provide exclusive round-table networking opportunities chaired by leading organisations with innovative projects and initiatives within the energy sector as well as identifying synergies and forging partnerships in off-grid renewable energy.
