An earthquake has jolted Afghanistan, with tremors felt in neighbouring Pakistan.
Afghans on social media were the first to report the quake on Wednesday, late in the morning. An Al Jazeera reporter in the Pakistani capital, Islamabad, said buildings in the city shook.
