The National Industrial court on Thursday struck out the Niger government suit against unions in the state which included Nigerian Labour Congress, Trade Union Congress and other unions in the state.

The case was struck out  by Justice Maureen Esowe following its withdrawal by Gbadeola Egbeola, counsel to the plaintiff.

Gbadeola, who held succinct for Jibrin Okutepa (SAN) stated that the report he received indicated that both parties settled the  issue out of the court. He, therefore prayed that the suit be struck out.

According to a report, the respondents were absent and were not represented in court.
