The Ancient Religion Societies of African Descendants International Council (ARSADIC), has called on President Bola Tinubu, to prevent religious crisis in Kwara State from leading to war.

The President of ARSADIC, Ifagbenusola Atanda, who doubles as Asiwaju-Awo Agbaye, at a press conference in Ile-Ife, Osun State, on Tuesday, said every religion should be allowed to practice in line with their belief.

He said the elder council of ancient religion condemned the imbroglio that characterized the worship of Osun in Kwara, noting that religious right is guaranteed under the constitution.

“We the elders condemn the action in Kwara. We want to call on the president to take an urgent step and prevent religious war.
