England duo of Frank Onyeka of Brentford and Paul Onuachu of Southampton as well as Nantes of France midfielder, Moses Simon have swelled the Super Eagles camp in Abuja to bring the total number of players to 13.

Earlier, Everton midfielder, Alex Iwobi and Leicester City duo of Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi were among the first players to land in camp ahead of the crucial qualifiers against Guinea-Bissau on Friday.

Hoffenheim defender, Kevin Akpoguma, Southampton midfielder, Joe Aribo and Atalanta forward, Ademola Lookman are also in camp.

Goalkeeper Francis Uzoho and West Brom centre back, Semi Ajayi have arrived Abuja from their bases in Cyprus and England, respectively same as former Chelsea central defender, Kenneth Omeruo.

Defender Daniel Bameyi and goalkeeper Chijioke Aniagboso, the two Flying Eagles stars invited by head coach Jose Peseiro, have also arrived in camp.

Apart from Calvin Bassey, Victor Sochima, Bright Osayi-Samuel, Zaidu Sanusi, Bruno Onyemaechi, Ahmed Musa, Samuel Chukwueze, Terem Moffi and Victor Osimhen were still being expected.

After winning their first two games against Sierra Leone and Sao Tome and Principe, Nigeria are Group A leaders with six points. Guinea-Bissau boasts four points and is sitting in second place.

The Super Eagles will host Guinea-Bissau in Abuja on March 24 before facing the same opponents three days later at the Estádio Nacional 24 de Setembro in Bissau.

Victory for the Super Eagles in both games will see Nigeria book their qualification ticket to the next edition of the AFCON.
