… As 22 players trained for Guinea-Bissau

Except for FC Porto defender, Zaidu Sanusi, all other invited players for the Super Eagles AFCON qualifier against Guinea-Bissau trained yesterday evening at the MKO Abiola Stadium, Abuja.

Osimhen and Samuel Chukwueze were the late arrivals yesterday to bring the total number of players in camp to 22.

Those in camp are Alex Iwobi, Kelechi Iheanacho, Wilfred Ndidi, Hoffenheim defender, Kevin Akpoguma, Southampton midfielder, Joe Aribo, Atalanta forward, Ademola Lookman and Ahmed Musa.

Others are goalkeeper Francis Uzoho, West Brom centre back, Semi Ajayi, Kenneth Omeruo, the two Flying Eagles invitees, Daniel Bameyi and Chijioke Aniagboso.

Those joined later yesterday are Calvin Bassey, Victor Sochima, Bright Osayi-Samuel, Bruno Onyemaechi, Samuel Chukwueze, Terem Moffi and Victor Osimhen.

The team later trained yesterday immediately after the Guinea-Bissau team with coach Jose Peseiro supervising tactical formations.
