The Abia State Commissioner of Police, Mustapha Mohammed Bala, yesterday, paid a courtesy visit to the Abia State governor-elect, Dr. Alex Otti.
Bala was at the country home of Dr. Otti, in Nvosi, Isialangwa South Local Government Area, to felicitate with him on his declaration as the governor-elect, following his victory in the March 18 governorship election in Abia State.
