Organizers of the ongoing Food & Beverage West Africa Show, has tagged this year’s edition a huge success following the large turn out of exhibitors who showcased goods and services before spectators.

The annual show which was organized by BtoB Event, saw over 5,000 exhibitors tabled their products during the three day show which commenced on June 11 at Landmark Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Commenting on the outcome, exhibition manager, Brad Smith applauded visitors while describing the present edition a huge success. The show, whose fifth edition hosted National President, Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mine and Agriculture, Dele Kelvin Oye, also serve as networking ground to entrepreneurs and businesses mogul across the globe.

“ I’m pleased with the turn out we’ve witnessed during this edition. I call this a huge success and I’m glad we’ve come to stay in Nigeria. This year will see the fifth edition of (F&B) West Africa, which following the unprecedented success of the 2023 edition, has grown to become Africa’s biggest F&B show. We currently have no plan to take the show elsewhere, as we focus on bringing visitors and exhibitors from other ECOWAS state to Nigeria.

“The exhibition contains both levels of participation. We have private companies exhibiting individually at the show from all over the world and also we also welcome our government-backed pavilions each year including the likes of Turkey, India, the USA, Indonesia and Tunisia, with more to come each year. We have a fantastic team here at BtoB, which is growing yearly, all members of the team, from sales to marketing and to operations deliver their role to such a high level and I think this remains the secret behind this year’s success,” Smith stated.

In a similar vein, Kelvin Oye who declared the show open, also applauded the organizers for staging such exhibition in Nigeria.

“This is a welcome development and I’m glad seeing Nigeria host an event of this magnitude, speaks volume on where we stand globally in terms of development. I can see several exhibitors flaunting their goods and I’m happy seeing them feel at home in the most populated black nation,” he stated.

Exhibitors such has Italian Coffee Ventures, Jamaica Foodstuff Trading Limited, ARK34 Ltd and host of others expressed gratitude towards the organizers.
