Was it sheer coincidence or being clever by half? That is the question on the lips of those who noticed property developer, Churchill Oladunni and his sexy former personal assistant, Rosy Maurer at a lavish soiree held at The George Hotel, Ikoyi, Lagos recently.
At the party attended by many of the crème of Lagos social establishment, Churchill, who appeared unaccompanied to the event and was everywhere exchanging pleasantries with other A-list guests, allegedly came to the party with Rosy, who had to stay in another wing of the hotel to escape prying eyes and the lens of paparazzi. However, the duo was busted. Thanks to the social media. It was gathered that the escapade would have gone unnoticed but for a picture taken by Rosy with another actress, Rita Dominic and shared on the Instagram. Rosy was believed to be the ‘other woman’ who reportedly fast-tracked the crash of Churchill’s marriage to the sultry actress, Tonto Dikeh.
Earlier in the year, news from the grapevine had it that the couple made sundry allegations against each other ranging from cheating, to STD infection claim, scam and domestic violence, smoking and anger, thus leaving fans in confusion on who to believe. Meanwhile, fans lashed out at Rosy after Tonto accused the beautiful model of sleeping with the father of her son. Tonto also claimed that the car Rosy claimed she bought herself was allegedly bought by Churchill. The allegations and counter-allegations later led to separation and finally, divorce. This has since left the trio –Churchill, Tonto and Rosy- to freely mingle and date other persons. But why is Churchill and Rosy avoiding being seen together in public?
