American businessman Donald Trump is flying to the Washington DC for his inauguration Friday when he will be sworn in as the 45th president of the United States.

Trump would replaced Mr. Barack Obama, the first African American President, whose term in office ends on Friday, January 20.

Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton but lost the popular vote by almost three million votes. His election triggered protests across the nation with many raising fears that he lacks the temperament to lead the world’s most powerful nation.

He has promised to Make America Great Again and deport millions of illegal immigrants. He has also said he will build a wall between the United States and Mexico to stop illegal immigration from south of the border.

In Nigeria, the Independent People’s of Biafra, whose leader is on trial for treason, have vowed to support the incoming American president, hoping he would give support their push for independence, since losing the Nigerian civil war between 1967 and 1970.
