The stock of Bukonla Ifedayo Esan (the founder and CEO of the BKGlam group) continues to rise as a fashion stylist and master planner of weddings and special functions as her BKglam fashion took centre stage at the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards, AMVCA, which was held on May 14, 2022, at Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Posting on her personal Instagram page, @bukkykoga, she wrote: “One word for the world best @toyin_abraham. Thank you for trusting us with your complete look to AMVCA.”
Her post confirmed that the Alakada actress was dressed by @bkglam1 with @bukkykoga as the fashion stylist.
Similarly, she also confirmed that the fabulous dresses showcased on her Instagram page were “designed and made by yours truly @bkglam1.”
Bukkykoga, who rose to prominence as an event planner, continues to dominate her business niche with her BKGlam Event (@bkglamevents). Without losing momentum, she became multifaceted as she garnered fame as a designer of classy and glamorous occasion wear and stylist to society’s A-list celebrities.
The entrepreneur, who studied at Plymouth University, UK and earned a BSc in Business Administration and Human Resources, also has clout as a brand influencer, even as she shuttles between London and Lagos handling big events.
Bukkykoga, regarded as a model of a self-made woman for the younger generations, often attributes her success to God’s grace and hard work.
In one of her motivational posts on Instagram (@bukkykoga), she advised her followers: “Don’t ever let someone else tell you what you are not capable of. With training, determination, and hard work you can eventually do anything you set your mind to. Remember, your beliefs are a choice.
