LEADER of the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), Comrade Uchenna Madu, has stated that the internal crisis rocking the leadership of the IPOB is creating serious tension and loss of faith among Ndigbo.
He advised the splinter groups to sheath their swords and focus on the actualization of the state of Biafara. His words: “We are advising the leadership
of Nnamdi Kanu’s IPOB and Supreme Council of Elders of IPOB under the leadership of Rtd Justice Eze Ozobu, General Achuzie and Dr Dozie Ikedife to sheath their swords and stop making caricature of the Biafra struggle especially now that global attention is being given to Biafra. This lingering war of words is not healthy for our struggle. Nigeria government which is our oppressor will see it as a fertile ground to launch an international diplomatic campaign of calumny against the actualization of Biafra because to our enemies, it is a welcome development.”
“We should concentrate our energies, synergies, diplomacies, connections, affiliations and strengths on the release of Nnamdi Kanu, our brother, a major arrow head of new Biafran struggle and other possible ways of uniting our forces together for greater actualization of Biafra”, he added.
