To mark its 20th anniversary, Spirit of David, an international gospel dance club, has put together a dance concert, which will be staged today, Sunday October 1 at the National Arts Theatre, Iganmu, Lagos.
According to the founder, Spirit of David, Segun Lawal, the show aims at preaching freedom to the world while also showcasing the significance of dance drama to the nation’s Independence anniversary
“The aim of this concert is to entertain people in a religions way and to give an explicit definition of how God works. It’s also to give an insight on how scenario can be handled in a very good manner without being judgmental. We are going to be partnering with dance groups and companies for the event to be successful,” Lawal says.
Spirit of David is the brain behind Celebrity Takes Two, a reality TV show, which produced actress Funmilola Aofuyebi as winner some years back.
