Acting National Coordinator of Service Compact (SERVICOM), Mrs. Nnenna Akajemeli, says the office is determined to coordinate efforts of Ministries, Department and Agencies (MDAs), to promote excellence service delivery.

Akajemeli said this, on Friday, in an interview, in Abuja.

She said that the success of SERVICOM was directly tied to the knowledge, skills and integrity of its workforce, and listed five factors which were the core values of the office.

One of these factors is `Excellence’ which she said SERVICOM members of staff are dedicated to duty and give world class service to people in order to achieving excellence.

Other element is `Integrity’, which according to her, staffers of the SERVICOM act with honesty, integrity and not compromising the truth, adding that in terms of `Accountability’ the staffers accept their individual and team responsibilities.

Akajemeli also mentioned other factor as `Efficiency’, saying that the staffers of SERVICOM were efficient and effective in their approach to improving service delivery.

Another element she noted is `Commitment,’ saying that SERVICOM was committed to service that would impact to the lives of the citizens.

Akajemeli said that SERVICOM had some guidelines and principles which were affirmation of commitment to the service of the nation.

She added that Nigeria could only realise its full potential if citizens receive prompt and efficient services from the states.

The coordinator stressed the need to consider rights of all Nigerians to enjoy social and economic advancement.

According to her, SERVICOM is dedicated to deliver services which are timely, fairly, honestly, effectively and transparency which citizens are entitled to.

The Acting National Coordinator said that SERVICOM’s driving force was the authoritative directives of Federal Executive Council Resolutions. (NAN).
