As part of efforts to promote peace and unity on the African continent, Tehila Records, organiser of the Alabanza mega gospel concert, has concluded arrangemeents to host this year’s edition in South Africa.

The mega peace concert is supported by the South African High Commission.

Tagged ‘Alabanza Concert: South Africa Meets Nigeria’ the concert which will take place on Sunday, March 26, 2017, at The Lyric Theatre, Gold Riff, Johannesburg, is a spiritual intervention which seeks to use the power of music to regenerate the hearts of many and put a stop to xenophobic attacks.

The concert, which will bring people from all walks of life to The Gold Reef City, will emphasize the importance of peaceful coexistence, as well as the power of unity amongst Nigerians and South Africans.

Performing in Johannesburg are some of the biggest gospel artistes from both Nigeria and South Africa, such as Enkay, Chiika100%, Ntokozo Mbambo, Sammie Okposo, Khaya Mthethwa and Mabongi.

Other artistes are Uche (Double Double), Tim Godfrey, Mahalia Buchanan, Frank Edwards, Chioma Jesus, Mpume, Onos, Bukola Bekes, Freke Umoh and James Okon.
