Bridget Adeyemi, is the Co-Director of award-winning real estate marketing company, Lekkiajahikoyi Property Investment Limited.
In this interview with The Sun Newspaper, she revealed what inspired the business name.

Can you tell us more about yourself age and what you do?

What are your educational and work experiences?
The Directors of the company are both have BSC business administration unilag.
Let’s take you back to your childhood, what was growing up like for you?
Did you face challenges, how did you overcome them?
Yes, I have my share of a typical growing up challenges. However I am grateful to God today.
How long have you been operating and what is the statistics for the work you have done so far?
We’ve were the first to post house for sale on instagram and we have record sales statistics
Ngeria is regarded as a country with tough business environment, what have you been doing to grow Lekkiajahikoyi property investment LTD?
Dedication and consistency. We also improve on strategy regularly.
You are into real estate how do you cope balance real estate with other business or you deal on real estate only?
We do only real estate and it’s a tough business enough to take all of your time and attention.
What motivated you to go into real estate businesses?
It has always been my passion from childhood.
In a year that has been greatly disrupted by Covid-19, how has your business been affected and what did you do to ameliorate the negative consequences of the pandemic?
The tough year has also help me to improve in strategy. Preparing for unforeseen circumstances is a new skill for everyone to develop in a year such and this.
As a serial entrepreneur, what is your business philosophy?
Give yourself time, be consistent.
What are the big lessons you have learnt about doing business in Nigeria?
The Nigeria population must be converted to business advantage.
What advice do you have aspiring or young entrepreneur?
Don’t be afraid to start small.
What were the initial challenges you encountered in your journey of entrepreneurship?
Gaining client trust. Everyone want to deal with old and experienced. So it’s always tough when you are new.
How did you overcome them?
Consistency.
What inspired the name Lekkiajahikoyi property investment LTD?
The location is the most bankable area in Nigeria if not the whole of Africa. So we thought of becoming the link between buyer and seller around the geographical scope of our operations.

What makes your brand unique?
Integrity.
As a busy entrepreneur, how do you find time to relax?
Social media has help in getting us entertained on the go. Sometimes I watch comedy skits on my phone.
What are you plans for the festive season?
Help families to spend Christmas in their own homes
What are your career projections?
Continue to provide excellent services to my client and continue to help Nigerian in diaspora and at home to become property owner and real estate investors.
