The Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) of the Anambra State Police Command has arrested three kidnap suspects and rescued their victim in Nnewi.
A source said the operatives  acting on a tip-off, went after the kidnappers, who abducted one Anslem Emeka at Ihiembosi in Ekwusigo council area.
The suspects were arrested at a house in Unubi community where they kept their victim  after demanding N3 million ransom.
The fourth suspect was still at large. Our source said the abductors confessed to the crime.
Meanwhile, the operatives  have also arrested two armed robbery suspects, Tochukwu and Emma. Daily Sun gathered that Tochukwu and Emma  were nabbed  at Amichi and Ukpor, respectively all in Nnewi South council area after robbing their victim of N170,000, some jewellery and a purse containing valuable documents.
They were picked up after about five months since the robbery took place.
One single barrel pistol and three rounds of ammunition were recovered from them. The  two suspects confessed to the crime.
The  state Police Public Relations Officer, Princess Nkiruka Nwodo, said she would call the reporter to confirm the incident, but did not, at Press time.
