According to him the combination of antibiotics and Pykure would be dangerous to health and also go a long way in aggravating the problem. “It is advisable for anyone pile victim whom is already using Pykure Herbal Capsule or ointment to stay away from antibiotics because combination of the two would not solve the problem, rather it would make it worse. Pykure products for pile are pure natural. So any chemical combination with it will be harmful.”    Atuchukwu who is the Sole Marketer of Pykure Herbal products in Africa further explained that no matter the degree of pile, be it first, second, third and fourth Pykure Herbal Capsules, combined with the ointment, would fight it without delay. “The first degree is when the pile bleeds, but does not protrude outside the anus, the second degree is when the swelling protrudes from the anus after defecation, but retracts immediately. The third degree is when there is protrusion, which requires manual push to retract back. While the fourth is when there is protrusion, which does not retract back when pushed manually. However, Pykure Herbal Capsules and Ointment have the solution without side- effects.”

The AKO Group CEO stated that due the increase in the number of pile cases in Nigeria and Africa, his organization introduced Pykure Capsules and ointment, and since then, deaths from piles, fissures and fistula have reduced drastically. “Pykure Capsules is a secret herbal
formulation manufactured in India by the combination of
various herbs to attend to those who are suffering and dying from pile and other rectal ailments. And since then, there have been testimonies across Africa on its effectiveness. The unique aspect of the product is that starts to act from the root cause of the ailment, until it achieves the desired result.”

Atuchukwu pointed out that the best solution to every sickness is pre caution and advised those working on computers or other desk jobs, not sit for prolonged periods, but take a break at regular intervals, so that blood circulation could be restored in the anal area.

He also advised pile patients to increase the amount of fibre in their diets and eat plenty of cereals, fruits, green vegetables, curd, drink enough water etc. “The fibre and liquid would add to bulk to the patient’s stool that would help the waste move through the intestines and results in soft stools that are easy to pass.”
