After weeks of fighting on social
media, Nigeria’s hip hop group,
P Square, has finally buried the
hatchet. In a move which demonstrated
that the twins and their manager were
ready to let go, they all took to social
media and shared the following message
along with a group picture: “That it took
our stupidity to realize that family comes
first, we are very sorry.”
Trouble started five weeks ago after Peter
sacked Jude as their manager, unveiled
a new management and rechristened himself
Mr P and went on to perform at a few
shows alone, releasing a single, Look Into
my Eyes in the process. Paul also released
a single in which he regretted what was
happening.
In 2014, there were speculations of a
split but the brothers had issued a joint
statement that it was just a publicity stunt.
However, this is the first time the brothers
will be sparring openly.
P Square hit the limelight after the release
of their second album entitled, Bizzy
Body. To date they have six studio albums
and have given us hits like Do Me, Personally,
BizzyBody, Danger and Onyinye among others.
