Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, has assured Nigerians that they would share in the benefits that would accrue as the Muhammadu Buhari Administration continues to serve.
He said this at at the All Progressives Congress Ward Congress in Eti Osa Local Government where he had observed the congress.

In a statement by his Spokesman, Laolu Akande, said Osinbajo who was at the Wards A & B – Agungi Ajiran, and Ikate Elegusi in the LGA respectively, that “We came to find out how things are going, to hear the good news that all our ward congresses are going on very peacefully without any rancour and problems.
“We are confident in our party and the reason we are confident is that we are not thieves, we are different and we want to serve the people and the people know we want to serve them. And with everything we have, we would serve the people. We will make sure we provide everything necessary.
“And I pray that everyone of us will all see and benefit in the goodness of this land. None of us would be left behind. We would all see the blessings together.
“Our party is a great party and it will become greater and greater still.
“What we must achieve in Lagos and other parts of the country is that we must be the best, in everything we do we must be the best.”

Osinbajo added that “with the decline in the oil prices, we have been earning 60 percent less than the previous government, but God is helping us, we are getting more and more hopeful.
“With that we would see the changes we hope for, so that our children and ourselves will see the benefits.”

It is unfortunate that Pastor Osinbajo tied himself to this inept administration. I cannot deny his ability to stabilize the economy when his inept boss went away sick. But he came back and Osinbajo had to give way to the fulani cabal so here we are. But I must fault the constant attempt to get sympathy by unfavorable comparison to the previous admin. He claims they earn 60% less. they have augmented that income by adding about N4,820,264,000 daily, taken directly from the pockets of Nigerians by their addition of N58 to every litre of petrol bought by Nigerians. Yearly this amounts to approximately N1,tr 619b, 608m 704,000 and considering that the refined product costs less now to buy, I will say this Administration has mitigated the shortfall considerably. If you also consider the difference in exchange rate, and loans taken by the APC govt, they have actually received more money that the last Admin did in real terms. Pastor Osinbajo says his govt. will not steal the money. No. they just corruptly channel it into expenses that disappears the money, such as rent for Aso rock, so that we cannot catch them as thieves. corruption is worse than stealing because we can catch the thieves. Now who collects the rent for Aso rock? PDP stole from the Govt purse. APC steals directly from our pockets and the Govt. Part of the hardship we face now stems from the embezzlement from too many sources. The anti corruption has succeeded only in the media. Our children? The APC backed killer herdsmen will wipe them all off if we let them remain beyond 2019. sorry Pastor. the odds are too high
