Acting President Yemi Osinbajo, on Thursday, made the first presidential landing since the closure of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, in Abuja.

Osinbajo was in Kaduna to meet with the Prime Minister of Guinea Bissau,  Gen. Umoru Sissco Embalo.

It was gathered that Embalo was the first official guest to fly into the Kaduna International Airport which became an alternative after the closure of Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport for reconstruction.

The Federal Government has said that the reconstruction process will be conclude within six weeks after which the Abuja airport will be in use again.
