Senate president Bukola Saraki has denied reports that there is a fight between upper house of legislature and the Presidency.

Saraki made the denial on his Twitter handle on Monday, April 3.

He said all reports of a rift between the two arms of government were exaggerated.

Saraki says reports of a rift between Senate and Presidency are far from the truth. According to him, what have been going are just normal functions of the two arms of government.

Saraki’s words were echoed by his special assistant on new media, Bamikole Omisore, who also tweeted on Monday, that there was no fight between the Nigerian Senate and Presidency Muhammadu Buhari-led executive arm.
