According to her, entrepreneurs must have a  good business sense and education in order to surmount the various challenges associated with doing business.

Awosika, who narrated her business experiences, and how she was able to rise above the waters, said  what Nigerian entrepreneurs effectively need to grow their business are policies that would foster rapid growth across all sectors. In other words, an enterprise revolution that accelerates sustainable growth while simultaneously helping to alleviate poverty and improve living standards. It also requires a radical rethink of the country’s import policies, in a manner that focuses on improving productivity and employment through development of locally relevant enterprises. She added that import curbs can also prove hugely beneficial for Nigeria, provided they are judiciously executed to promote industrial and small- business resurgence in prospective sectors.

She, however, stressed the need why businesses should not be built around owners, saying that sustainable entrepreneur should find a way, not just  limiting themselves to strategy and concept but must deliberate about findings, leveraging the right people and relationships.

“To build a sustainable business, you need to be clear on where you want to go and why you started,” she said.
