Why presidency should welcome Boko Haram –Tambuwal

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon Aminu Tambuwal, has given reasons why the presidency should welcome decision by Islamic fundamentalists, Boko Haram, to dialogue with the Federal Government, saying the development may see the end to terrorism in the country.  He therefore, urged the Presidency and the Federal Government to give attention to demands of the sect in the interest of peace and tranquility in the country. Tambuwal, who spoke with reporters in Ila-Orangun, Osun State, yesterday during this year’s annual Ila-Orangun Day tagged “Ajagunla Day 2012”, stated that the decision by the Boko Haram should be welcome by any body who loves peace in this country.

He said, “The House of Representatives is the House of the people of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and any step that can bring peace to the country or any part thereof, the House of Representatives will support it. If the Boko Haram is now accepting that there should be a kind of peace path with the Federal Government, I am sure that will be in the interest of all Nigerians.

“There will be a dialogue; it may not necessarily have to be all the conditions they have given or about to give that would be met, the government should be engaged and see how best we can resolve issues,” he added. According to Tambuwal, “the country is facing quite a lot of challenges, but those of us that find ourselves in the position of leadership are doing our best to ensure we have a stable polity where there is peace and progress.”

The Speaker also disclosed that the proposed constitutional review debate would be more participative by asking each member of the house to go back to their constituencies to organize a people’s parley where members of the constituency will come and address all the issues contained in the draft constitution.  His words, “The House will make the process more participative by asking each and every one of our colleagues to go back to his constituency and organize a people’s parley where members of the constituency would now come and address all the issues they raise.

“So, in our own case, we are actually taking it to where it belongs, that is, back to the people and then we would get the aggregate position of Nigerians on virtually all the issues before we finally take positions,” he added. The Speaker, who was guest of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) National Chairman, Chief Bisi Akande, enjoined Nigerians to continue to support government at all levels in order to enjoy peace and stability in the country.

He said, “The constructive criticisms our government get from ACN and other political parties are not aimed at bringing down the government, but I believe such criticisms are meant to improve the quality of what the leadership is doing for the people, and it should be seen as such.”

Some Northern leaders with due respect are hypocrites and haters of Nigerians. If the boko haram likes to seize fire or not, is their problem, but one thing i know is that forces of evil has never, can never and will never prevail. 2015 will decide the faith of Nigeria because we will see how those who do not want others to rule them will want to rule others.

    • Adeyeye Bolarinwa November 4, 2012 at 2:43 pm

No reasonable government will ever attempt to dialogue with mass killers of innocent people else, it will set a dangerous precedent of vicious circle. It took the Americans ten years of great courage and determination to get Osama Bin Laden dispatched to hell where he belonged and thus making a fundamental statement that no hiding place for terrorists. Should government display another weakness and parley with these evil people, what of the lives they have destroyed? Must justice too be murdered because we want peace? Has the nation lost her conscience totally? Those who are enconraging the government to tow the line of these common criminals from the pit of hell do not mean well for this country. Rather, the government should deploy all the weapons in its asernal to destroy these focces of darkness. Anything contrary to this stood logic on the head.

Through facial expression, you don’t need any prophet to tell you that this Amino Tambuwal is one the sponsor and a strong member of Okpoko Haram or boko haram.he to be probe.

  3. Izubiafra November 4, 2012 at 4:00 am

Hei! This Speaker is speaking in coded language. Can he come clear on what he knows about Boko Haram so as to facilitate the proposed talk? And what if the presidency and the Federal Government do not accept to talk with killers of innocent Nigerians? What does the House of Representative he leads do about innocent Nigerians being bombed to death when they gather to pray to their God in churches?

    • francis cole November 4, 2012 at 4:58 am

Izubiafra thank you. This useless man call Tambuwal, just open his dirty stinking mouth talking rubish. They are all Bsko haram. Even the goverment can never grant BH request. They just want to set Jonathan up. There should be no any dialogue with killers. They are just trying to regroup them selfs. I bet you 2015 is going tobe the worst. Likely Jonathan might be the last president of Nigeria. 2015 every thing go scatter, scatter. The north is realy desperate to have the power back by all means. And this can never be possible. I advice the south tobe prepared very well. North always have hidden agenda. They are all evil doers and never ever trust them.

This very ugly man call Tambuwal is a Bako haram. All the northerners in the house of Reps and NASS are Bako harams. Federal goverment should be very, very careful. There should be no any dialogue with terrorist. Jonathan be careful, they are just trying to set you up. Even the goverment can never grant them their request. Its not possible to release all those killers, jihadist, terrorists, that have already killed many innocent souls, both children snd families. Bomb places of worship. Let the JTF continue their good job. JTF should crush and floush them out.

Exactly what OJUKWU said in his AHIARA DECLARATION that for as long as we remain with the hausa fulani man that likes to celebrate mediocrity in place of value “NIGERIA WILL REMAIN IREFORMABLE”, Imagine a national figure who had rarely and seldomly condenm boko haram on thier numerous campaing of blood and death of the innocents been among the first to advice govenment on the need to romance with the states worst enemy. i beg to diver from the majority understanding that GEJ is afraid of BH methinks his been carefull with them for the sake of the vunerables up north in dealing with them since is a case of war within and even this dirty fellow called TAMBUWAL is sure away that the days of BH, thier sponsors and supporters are numbered. IDIOTS masquerading as LEADERS.

      Re- Genuine
Anybody that takes a weapon and threatens, kills, or kidnaps someone he is a TERRORIST. The same FG. had a negotiation with the terrorist in the name of Amnesty with Niger delta terrorist.
No any right thinking human can support or justify the killings by the BH. It is wrong and should be condemned in totality. Leaving in pace is the most paramount in the country.
So if the Fed. Govt. has negotiated with such a party before and peace was established in the region, why not this particular one? We should all think in making peace in the country. Because anybody can be affected.
Please let the FG have a negotiation with them in the name of peace.

Islam is an evil religion and allah is a vampire.many Igbo people will return to the North and the ones who are still there will stay there and worship the Igbo God,Naira. These are the greediest people on Earth and they deserve whatever is meted out to them out there

  20. I will kill again. November 4, 2012 at 7:09 am

Tambuwal is a typical mallam idiot who should never hold any kind of position in a serious country.Mallams love mediocrity and they are all shiftless and bloodthirsty.WE SOUTHERNERS MUST RESOLVE TO NEVER ALLOW A MALALM MUSLIM RULE THIS COUNTRY AGAIN.THEY ARE FREE TO BREAK AWAY.

  21. Usulor chidi November 4, 2012 at 7:19 am

Those in authority should be mindful of their comments. To me the reps leader is based on this is a member of boko haram. Period.

  22. Champion Unah November 4, 2012 at 7:24 am

Who are the Boko Haram? This question is left for Tanbuwal to answer. If there is need for dialogue the terms must be in the interest of all Nigerians and it will avail Nigerians to know who are Boko Haram. Any subsequent attack after the dialogue, Nigerians will know who will be hold responsible.

  23. Master November 4, 2012 at 7:38 am

i am really surprised. The recent happenings is slowly revealing the people behind this bokoharam stuff. The chief whip of the sect (Tambuwal) is no more hiding his face. Is he trying to tell GEJ that he is afraid of nothing? Besides, should we be talking about dialogue or bringing the culprits to book for all d menace? Is tambuwal so happy abt all d killings? Or is he threating nigerians publicly?

  24. Mamuna November 4, 2012 at 8:04 am

The speaker, tambuwal is a core member of boko haram. it is foolish of the north and their zombie way to think that they could always hold this country to their advantage by forming such an evil group. but watch out what will happen at last. It has opened the eyes of every southerner the kind of people we call northern brothers. it is now evident that they are not our brothers and will never think of anything good for the southerners. This is the beginning of the fall of the north. in the next century, the north will have fallen back to their cows, goats and grasses, while the south will flourish.

  25. Gbenga samuel November 4, 2012 at 8:09 am

I have said this countless times,d northern people are devils, evil minded scorms,”tambuwalahi” inclussive, they kill at will & later pray to “WALLAH”their god.I pray boko haram destroy d whole of d north while d useless, toothles AREWA elders looks on.GEJ should neva heed to these evil planners’ advice.I don’t know why igbo people are so blind,95% of d people killed in d north are igbos & d remaining ones still decided to stay back because of money,i pity ur lives.

  26. philip November 4, 2012 at 8:13 am

This is a country where its 60% of her reps ad senators are terrorists from north, are we embracing crime or are we fighting against it, the idea of considering their demand is not welcomed at all.use your head Mr president.

  27. Chukwunonso Nwafor November 4, 2012 at 8:15 am

Although i have lost my friends because of this, but BH is not ready to stop their act, how can they be given FG such conditions well they said is dialogue let watch and see, But northers should be man enough to tell they want to be on their own; how can you BH members be telling us that 19state of north will be under Isilam law meaning we are not one Nigeria anymore.BE MAN ENOUGH NORTHERS.

  28. jasperk November 4, 2012 at 8:19 am

Tambuwal is always hunting the President to bring him down and shame him. But the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is on the side of the President.
This is another ploy to put the President in trouble.

Boko Haram is your creation, call them to order and peace will return immediately.
Let they drop their arms, and repent of their misdeeds and God and Nigeria will forgive them.

In the history of man, we have not seen where evil triumphs over truth. In the long run good will over come evil. Lets have peace in Nigeria, if not nobody will allow the North to rule over them again, since the bad ones dont want any other person in Aso Rock. All their years in power they cannot educate the Northern youths as Awolowo did in a short period. GEJ send all the Northern youths to school and this problem will fizzle out.

  29. ahmed November 4, 2012 at 8:36 am

I have always suspected that Mr. tambuwal is a Boko haram sympathizer. Who knows, he may even be one of those funding this demonic group. The sped with which he jumped up to ask the FG to accept the offer of ceasefire and dialogue is very very suspicious! I agree we should do everything for peace, but certainly not at the expense of justice. Who will give justice to the victims of this murderous gang? Answer me, Mr Speaker!

  46. Udensi November 4, 2012 at 10:31 am

I think d dialogue shd start wit d northern politicians n leaders. Let them go n dialogue wit Boko Harams, n then report 2 FG. By d way, y r they asking 4 a dialogue nw? They must b up 2 sometin. Propably, they want 2 restrategise

Tambuwal, Tam-bu-wa-lay so you are one of these sympartisers of the blood sucking boko haram boys. Shame on you. You are not condeming the killings. You, a whole speaker of the house of rep encouraging the government to talk to crimmnials. We should go with them to Saudi Arabia, Where? Mecca or Medina? There is no where in Nigeria where we can discuss this matter.Sit down and start to talk with murderers for the sake of peaceful co-existence. You deserve the crown of the joker of the year 2012.

  50. DR okochi November 4, 2012 at 11:06 am

Tabunwan is under siege or he is among the financier of the dreaded BH, GEJ should note that any form of dialogue with BH, is the end of peace in this nation because they are never satisfied, they will wish to dictate his govt, will consolidate them selves in strategic places, make the security and safety of citizens of this country worst than what we are facing today. BH is a foreign terrorist group and must be recorgnised as such by the appriopriate authorities in the World, stop this window painting and face the ugly truth, seek for external help if your internal security network has been hijacked by the BH because they are every where. Drone from USA is needed urgently.

  51. Sab Chuks November 4, 2012 at 11:16 am

I wonder why the president GEJ led government would ever enter into negotiations with boko haram. Boko haram now wants peace because most of their leaders have been arrested. I advice Jonathan not to succumb to their request to come to the table at Saudi Arabia for talks because the north will certainly demand he steps down in 2015 only then would they cease bombings and killings. Mr president should not be rail-roaded into submission of the north. If Mr president is no longer interested in contesting for 2nd term let him be informed that Igbo is ever ready to occupy Aso Rock Villa in 2015.

    • francis cole November 4, 2012 at 6:10 pm

@ Sab Chucks, thank you and you got it right. Their plan is to tell Jonathan, to forget about 2015. This is a set up, and I dont want Jonathan to fall into their trap. Jonathan should allow the JTF to continue their job.

Nonesense,Tambuwal nonesense!U pple feel election year is approaching. So uwant to curry d south again, no way.No country negotiates wit terrorists. They are common enemies of mankind(hostis humanis generos). They deserved to be killed for crimes against humanity.Nonesense.

  53. Badoo November 4, 2012 at 11:27 am

It is not even an option these book guys are heartless religious fundamentalists ,you do not dialogue with criminals, but the law checks them. The is no similarity between the Niger delta struggle and the demands of these hoodlum cannot be met in the first place. As bad as kidnapping for percuniary reason is you cannot compare that with mass slaughter of innocent people, with explosives, that gives no room for negotiation.Theirs is purely economic even if the method is uncivilized now they are engaged, they wanted a fair share of the oil in their backyard.what does boko haram want the president should convert to Islam among other idiotic demands.

  54. wilsoniyke November 4, 2012 at 11:41 am

Am not surprise that he said so. Atleast you all can know what Mr President is passing through when he lamented bitterly that his cabinet is filled with B.H…all the muslims in the National Assembly are all affiliated to Bokoharam(yorubas and hausas). The bitter truth I will tell my Igbo political brothers is not to rely on any yoruba man(0.P.C) come 2015 cos they are all working hand in hand with the bokoharam..

  55. Noble November 4, 2012 at 11:43 am

I don’t in anyway support dialogue with terrorists. It is not ideal. Again, it is not adviceable to succumb to any kind of thing in the name of “peace”, it could be detrimental

  56. Innocent November 4, 2012 at 11:47 am

Anybody who says no to discussing with BH is a big fool. How do you get to the animals killing us if we don’t pretend to agree with them with what the want and understand claearly what their missions are. Yu don’t know this people and now the want to come out and fools who think is all about what the think can not allow the Nigerian nation at list see and know who to hold when it comes to BH. Please all dis ideots condeming any person that says anything for peace to be a BH is only but demons.

When your family member gets involve you will know how it looks like to look for any way that can offer peace. If you don’t want discussion with BH that means you don’t like peace and peace will forever lack in your home. What nonsense. So many Nigerians want to say something on the wrong way always and want it to look right because they dont want to allow others no matter how foolish or stupid it sound. Getting this BH animals to any way round table is the most important thing now to do. Any how please Mr. President secure means and how to do it. Mr. Speaker is very right. We should allow trust to guild our ways.

  57. the truth November 4, 2012 at 11:58 am

GEJ, be carefull of your cabinet members especially those from the core north. they are part of BH and sponsorers too. how many times has Tambuwal as the speaker spoken boldly against the activities of BH since their murderous act started? for him to come out boldly to speak for dialogue with terrorists that have killed thousands of civilians, military and police is an afront on the sense of Nigerians who made him their speaker. Tambuwal and his northern brothesr should device another means to get power to the north and not through intimidation. It seems they are comming to terms now of what they are doing themselfs through BH because no expatriate wants to visit those area anymore talkless of investing in it. GEJ should stand up and face his mandate as the president of Nigeria, U have enormous power in your hands to put BH and their sponsors to order. The north have come to terms that they cannot continue to deceive the middle beltherns anymore in the name of northern Nigeria to pepertuate themselfs in authority in Nigeria and so they feel intimidation will do the magic but im sorry to let them know that Nigeria has gone beyound that stage. Wheather the north like it or not, 2015 will decide the faith of this country called Nigeria. Im not agaist born to rule mentality of the average northerner, but how can a blind tribe leads tribes that are sophisticated and can see as well? I think they should first think of how to send their children to school first.

Hon. Aminu Tambuwal we really need peace in Niegeria, but Boko Haram`s demand is absolutely crazy. Hon Aminu Tambuwal,so you want Nigerians government to compensate Boko Haram as they requested? Who ever surpport that request must count as one of them.

  60. Izuu Agina November 4, 2012 at 12:29 pm

Is it now that their sponsors are beginning to be unmasked that they are beginning to shiver all in the name of negotiation,I suggest kidnappers/armed robbers should be negotiated with also.

  61. UROSS November 4, 2012 at 12:40 pm

No Negotiations with Boko Haram. Let they continue bombing, they will get tired one day.
God is in control. by 2015, we will know where we are heading to. The south should be watchful over the North.

  62. Audrey November 4, 2012 at 12:43 pm

Sorry to say this, I think this man, Tambuwal is fool and thinks that every other Nigerian is a fool like himself.
Let us say argument sack, murders came to his compound, killed his family members and some other people and, by chance he managed to kill one of the murders. The escaped ones came back to him demanding compensation for their friend. Fool you are. He is one of them. Security operatives should question him.

  63. Dave November 4, 2012 at 1:07 pm

I thank God for giving me the wisdom to know who comes from where when they talk. The northerners are terrorist.Their religion supports it.It supports the killing of unbelievers.Mallam Tambuwal is a BH member .I weep for Nigeria.I said it , that time shall come when our children should disrespect us for having allowed mallams to rule over us in the first place.
Then coming to the constitutional amendment ,what did Mallam Tambuwal never Hon. know about constitution when it is now clear that he support terrorist and rule of terror.Consult his constituency!By the way who and who came together to draft that constitution. When did the Niger Deltans sign the land use act with the FG,or who put it in the constitution!Honestly speeking the saying that thieves are always afraid is seeing clearly now.

  64. zeneith November 4, 2012 at 1:08 pm

i can say most of our leaders are not qualified to handle any post in this country how can someone called himself Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr Aminu Tambuwal can widely open his dirty mount asked FG to welcome decision by Islamic fundamentalists, Boko Haram, to dialogue some of northers leader are members of this deadly group what i can say to southerns governors to save the life of southerns living in north sending motors to them who refuse to go then can choose neither life or death

  65. Bountain J. Epiri November 4, 2012 at 1:37 pm

Boko Haram should surrender and apologize to Nigerians. They are not freedom fighters or fighting for the general interest of Nigerians. What would they put on the table as condition for dialogue?

  66. Mary Ikembe November 4, 2012 at 1:49 pm

Tamwal am dısappoınted ın u, I used 2 respect u bt neva knw u r a member of boko haram, d senate presıdent wont say dıs thıng u’ve saıd. Hm na wa 4 u hausas oh!

I hate you people, let the BH continue with their killings and destructions. Ibrahim son of destitude. Hahahahahahaha, you northern goat have not see any thing. Bunch of animals. Apes

  69. tokanbaduku November 4, 2012 at 2:42 pm

Typical northern muslim view about BH. He is afraid for his life. They are all terrorists. Can he attend ceremonies in any nothern city? Yet they, the northern elites brought all the crises we call BH.

  70. prince November 4, 2012 at 3:49 pm

haaaahaaaa Tambwal my man what are u telling us are u not one the of sponsors? fuckoff my man

  71. Owerri November 4, 2012 at 4:55 pm

Tambuwal u re a senseless law maker indeed. How on earth can any reasonable human being will dialogue with a terrorist group that killed 10,000 Nigerians among them professors , youth coopers, UN staffers, business men and women, young and old people, clergy men, and u re here talking of dialogue for what? Ok, USA should have dialogue with Osama bin Laden and his group that killed 3,000 people at world trade centre in New York city on sept 11,2001 banana country/ failed state. GEJ can never append to such barbaric dialogu until those criminals are arrested and eventually dispensed accordingly, useless people.

  72. olu joseph November 4, 2012 at 5:03 pm

It’s unbeleivable that a whole speaker of the national house of reps and a key member of the national govt will ask for a dialogue with a mindless killer sect like boko haram. Then he is a speaker only for boko haram and the islamic fanatics and not for Christians and other good citizens of this country that have lost their lives without commiting any crime but just because the evil boko haram want them dead. No mr speaker all arrested bh memers and their sponsors must be prosecuted and if found guilty must face death penalty. I only hope that GEJ will be man enough to refuse this greek gift. To do otherwise is to sing the nunc dimitis of his govt. Tambuwal is not a statesman or a well wisher of one Nigeria.

  73. Owerri November 4, 2012 at 5:04 pm

Tambuwal ur academic qualification really calls for scrutiny with regards to ur fathom statements on this volatile national issue ( Boko Haram insurgency, idiot).

  74. Bond Boy November 4, 2012 at 5:22 pm

The federal government should come sick and tired of your guys.who are boko haram?is it not northern politicians? They should be flushed out, those who support ing it.

Well, every body can say just anything including donkeys from the south eastern Nigeria its their only entitlement in our father land Nigeria and their fate in this country is alredy sealed. Second fiddle! Lol

  77. Musa nuhu. November 4, 2012 at 7:28 pm

Point of correction My fellow Nigeian, Boko Haram are not members of Islamic sect. They are cult on their own. The federal Govt.should find lasting solution to eradicate the sect and not to dialogue with terrist.

  78. Chidi Barth Mbah November 4, 2012 at 7:34 pm

peace talk is welcome but it must be in niji no other place, we want to see d face of Boko Haram leader, there members & know their names. All so nor of conditions must be met if there know that they tired of their evil activity & want ceasefire they can do so, but compasation should be by FG to anybody or group instady boko haram & their sponsors should compasate d families affected by their act.

  79. godswill raphael edet November 4, 2012 at 8:02 pm

i dont think its right 4 d fg 2 dialogue wit dis murderers, after settling ’em another worst group will emerge.remember d militants group,i tink after d settlement another group will come with d name devils.

  80. afwil2 November 4, 2012 at 8:10 pm

dis set of pple r nothn but a bunch of blackmailers, b4, when d issue of boko haram was mentnd in d natn’l assembli dis same abokis would say ‘d issue of bh is not opened 4 public discusn’ more dan 2 times i heard it being rpited durng deir lie-lie sessns, now dat d table is turng dey r comng out 1 by 1, dis is intrestng, is it not? n more intrestng bcos he was playng host 2 an xrimist like himself (rauf of osun),

  81. Peroo De Fact November 4, 2012 at 8:37 pm

Is this fool called Tambuwal ok? Pls he should be taken to the psychriatric to ascertain his level of psycho-mental balance. All of the bastards there in the North that are sponsoring the animals called Boko Haram will soon perish in ur own trap! How would a big fool like Tambuwal advice the Govt to dialogue and listen to their useless demands? What happened to those of the South they killed? U idiots have succeeded in destroying the economy of the North due to ur inordinate ambition to rule those that are more advanced that u. U can never have the power again! Animals that can’t read! Go and die in ur ignorance! Soon, u will start killing urselves! Idiots.

  82. Yusuf November 4, 2012 at 8:48 pm

@HYAFA .. You are a fucking fool with no common sense by making such comment, is u and ur useless northern families that are donkeys… u don’t know were ur father land is not Nigeria… u are afraid that this country will soon brake up…because u don’t want to go back to your cows and farming…. Northerners are not contributing any thing to this so called Nigeria all they want is to rule their mama.. not any more!! Is northerners that are second fiddle and that is why they are all scared all over the country begging for money and food…. Common boko haram like u…Idiot.

  83. kanchok November 4, 2012 at 8:52 pm

who is tambuwal? I am not surprised. Are they tired of killing the Christians? Have they sucked enough blood? Their so-called prophet muhammed will not be happy if they stop sucking blood this early. Foolish people, they must live with their baby, boko haram.

  84. Obi November 4, 2012 at 8:58 pm

This man is fool. Shame to nigria, look at the kind of ppl that rule the country

  85. Lasun November 4, 2012 at 9:32 pm

Whoeva insult islam is a fool, saudi is d home of islam and is d most peacful country in d world.if crhistianity did not teach some ibos money ritual, armed robery, kidnaping, money mongering etc so does islam did not teach anybody 2 kill innocent peaple,if all 80 million nigerian muslims are evil as some of you said, can u live in dis country!

  86. Jide oremi November 4, 2012 at 9:42 pm

Why is it that this offer of dialogue came up as soon as Senator zanna whose nephew is a commander in the sect was fingered? Why is it that the same Sheriff that senator zanna was attacking is the same person that the sect is demanding for his arrest?why is it that Buhari who has already said that blood will flow in 2015 if he didn’t win be the trustee of bh?with buhari’s desperate and temperamental quest for presidency in 2015,how can he now be the chief security officer of this sect moreso, now that we have seen that any time he sneezes,BLOOD flows? Are they not afraid that Zanna’s nephew in detention may open a can of canker worm? Do we have buhari’s boys in the house of rep? Why is it that Tambuwal and his leadership
are romancing too much with ACN.?PEP WAKE UP.

  87. Chibuike November 4, 2012 at 9:44 pm

Tabuwal or whatever he calls himself is very stupid by making that statement.Who knows if he is not one their sponsors. ‘bh’ Infact he is a suspect.

  88. Okwy Okeke November 4, 2012 at 9:51 pm

While i will not want to link him with the terrorist group based on his comments and suggestions but am appalled that someone like him and his level of knowledge have not gone down to history to know that terrorists are like blackmailers and are never satisfied more-so who in their right senses will negotiate with such laid down rule by people whose hands are bloody.

May i remind him that Saudi Arabia never negotiated with Al-Qa’ida nor other Arab nations where they have caused considerable damages neither are Pakistan nor Afghanistan etal, hope he understands this and live in the real world of ours and not on fantasy, should he have sympathy for them he should have a rethink.

  89. Aloy November 4, 2012 at 10:09 pm

No. It is not possible that Tabuwali said that. The reporters are not saying the truth about what he said. I know him. If he said that then believe me there are more to boko haram issue and Nigeria as a nation will not exist beyond 2015.

  90. ojiofor igbo November 4, 2012 at 10:26 pm

    who is the Boko Haram

  91. humphrey November 4, 2012 at 10:31 pm

By their colours we will know them. I repeat, if the precidency that Mr. Speaker is asking to talk with terrorists, is the one governing the present entity called Nigeria that I am born in, then count me out. He can join northern nigeria with boko haramism as their “whatever”, while we reside in Southern Nigeria where human killing is outlawed by our Christian religion. That option is free and critically not a political issue.

  92. Sunday November 4, 2012 at 10:46 pm

Mr speaker Tambuwa should be quize for a suspicious sponsoring the Islamic sect BH.ii, Gen Buhari & his co’s who were named by BH to be their representatives for peace talk with FG should also be arrested as an accomplice. Why BH chosed SoudiArabia for place of peace agreement? Should we call it Soudi Accord Where they will manipulate president Goodluck. We the good people of Nigeria? can never have any peace deal with the devils agent mourderas, they ‘ve the effontry to initiate a peace many souls ve died on their hands? All i know now is that time is no longer at the side of deadly Islamic sect BokoHaram, GOD almithy is on ourside we must overcome the deadly sect. I stand by the side of CAN Northern Region.

  93. SUMMER RITO November 4, 2012 at 10:54 pm

Taking about BOKO HARAM is the bone in contention but let me first talk about one Innocent who said that “Anybody who says no to discuss with BH is a big fool.” I think that this so called Innocent is the biggest fool. And definitely he must be a member of the BOKO HARAM.
what dialogue will Boko Haram, have with the Federal Government?
a group that have done all this havoc to Nigerians especially the Igbos
the so called dialogue according to Hon Aminu Tambuwal “may not necessarily have to be all the conditions they have given or about to give that would be met” invariably meaning that some of their conditions will be accepted by the Federal Government? then tell me among the conditions which we have been hearing this group talk about is worth accepting?
accepting to dialogue with this sect is the worst mistake the government will ever make because in every dialogue you must try to adopt part of demand made by any of the two parties.
Most people knows the saga that brought Hon Aminu Tambuwal to be the speaker of the house and based on his recent actions and utterances I think it is time the PDP should remove him from the party for anti party activities.

  94. Sunny November 4, 2012 at 11:48 pm

Dialogue my ass! It MAY bring peace but we don’t just want peace we also want equal rights and justice also, this dialogue could just be a ploy to lure our leaders to far away saudi arabia and kill them

  95. Dan November 5, 2012 at 12:45 am

This Speaker must be out of his senses, I want the federal goverment to be aware of the danger that is attahed in negotiating with the terrorist, for me I do not accept this , because it is a trap for them to act more evil. We should not negotiate with the terrorist for any reason.

  96. CYRACUS November 5, 2012 at 1:12 am

Thank God 4 now, we have seen some faces of the boko haram sponsors in the nature of buhari and tambuwal, We pray to see more of them. God will heal this land

  97. Bart November 5, 2012 at 1:25 am

  98. amamchukwu November 5, 2012 at 8:18 am

I am not surprised that tambuwal can make such stupid and wicked suggestion, he has always presented himself an antagonist, working assiduously to bring down the present regime. BH.

  99. Hamza U. November 5, 2012 at 4:31 pm

Every person is entitled to his opinion. All the responses to Tambuwal advise came out from those who cannot see beyond their nose. However,if only u know our feelings about the way u want 2 turn Nigeria thro crusade to bussiness empire and market ur product call religion,u ll know even tomorrow let us split.our children ll have better moral teaching not doctored by Nation w/out culture and religion.u do not believe Bible that why u re mischievous until ur evil consume u.disguising as BH;IMAMS;MURDER IN MILTARY UNIFRM ETC;80% of bombs were dropped by better informed ZOMBIES.
