Governors of northern states under the aegis of the Northern States Governors Forum (NSGF) have called on Nigerians to pray for the quick recovery of Governor Danbaba Danfulani Suntai of Taraba State who is currently receiving treatment in a German hospital following an air mishap on Thursday night.
Chairman of the forum and Governor of Niger State, Dr Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu stressed the need for prayers for Governor Suntai to enable him fulfill his vision of a great Taraba State. In a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Danladi Ndayebo, the governor stressed the need for prayers for Governor Suntai because he had shown tremendous goodwill and fatherly disposition towards the people and government of Taraba State.
“Governor Suntai means well for Taraba State and has demonstrated this in words and in action .It is therefore, for this reason that we seek fervent prayers for his quick recovery so as to enable him fulfill his vision of a great Taraba State,” the statement said.
The forum thanked management and staff of Federal Medical Centre, Yola, Adamawa State and National Hospital, Abuja where Governor Suntai and his aides received medical attention before they were flown abroad. The forum wished Governor Suntai and other victims of the crash quick recovery.
“They wer flown abroad” Lier!! Who and who wer flown abroad !?! Was it not just 2 days ago som of his aids wer flown from FMC Yola to Nat Hosp Abuja,evn wen we wer told they sustained multiple fractures of d hands n legs while claiming d Gov only had a fracture in his hand. The Governor alone was flown to Germany amid tight security,it was on the news. Meanwhile,we started praying since Thursday.
Politics of deceit and sycophancy is what Nigerians are good at practicing . Where did Akin the reporter of this fallacious news got his facts from. When all along the the facts surrounding the crash has been shrouded in secrecy. Six lives including that of Dan baba Suntai we read were on that ill fated copter. To now treat the case of one person as if his soul is more important than that of others is not only callous but inhuman .
I dont understand these Northern Governors, how come they ve never called for prayers amidst the chaos and Boko Haram activitities around their domains where innocents souls are being cut down? Im not against the recovery of the Governor but we have better things to pray about.
Thank God that the aircraft didn’t fall on the poor peasant farmers of Adamawa state. Who licensed the governor in the first place. As for me, I don’t offer prayers to inhumane beings.

I will not pray for him. What of those people you kill every day in their worship areas. Anyway, I will pray for him. May the bombs of Boko Haram visit his family and all his extended families. May the souls of innocent citizens who were deliberately bombed every now and then rest in peace.
it is good to know that norther governors are rich enough to own their personal private jet purely from oil revenue allocated to their states.yet their followers have no food to eat,no job to do other than boko haram activities.now they need prayers for one of their own.GOD know how he will answer that prayer,norther governors should fear God because he is capable of anything.
