Gunmen kill 19 in Kaduna villages

…We raised alarm before now –Sokapu

…We’re climbing hill to get them –Police

From NOAH EBIJE, Kaduna

Gunmen suspected to be Fulani herdsmen have launched massive and bloody attack on Attakar community of Mafang and Zilang villages, killing no fewer than 19 and injuring about 10 persons.

The suspected gunmen were said to have stormed the two villages in Kaura Local Government Area of Kaduna State at about 3am on Sunday, burning houses and food items, after they had carried out the bloody attacks.

Confirming the incident, Kaduna State Police Commissioner, Olufemi Adenaike said, “you journalists need to go and climb the hills there and appreciate what the police and soldiers are doing there. They have been combing the area for the past three days now. In fact, they are staying there permanently now, going up and down the hills.

“No arrest has been made yet. The criminals came, did what they did and climbed the hills because the area is a hilly place. We are trying our best to arrest the offenders.” Also confirming the attack, Chairman of Kaura Local Government Area, Kumai Badu said the attacks were allegedly launched by the Fulanis in the two villages.

The council boss said, “the attack also led to the burning of virtually all houses and food items in the two villages. Nineteen people have been killed while 10 others were seriously injured in Mafang and Zilang villages. “Over 200 victims of the attack are presently taking refuge at Mifi and Fadan Attakar villages while relief materials are being provided by the local government to assuage their sufferings.”

Meanwhile, Southern Kaduna people under the eagis of Southern Kaduna Peoples Union (SOKAPU) have blamed the state Governor, Muhktar Ramalan Yero for ignoring their cry over mass exodus of Fulani herdsmen from Plateau and other states to the Southern Kaduna communities in view of security challenges in Kaduna State and the country at large.

President of SOKAPU, Dr. Ephraim Goje, had earlier spoken to journalists on massive movement of Fulani people from troubled states in the North to Southern Kaduna villages, “saying my people will hold Governor Muhktar Ramalan responsible for closing his eyes to this security threat. We are concerned about the migration of the Fulani people from other states to Southern Kaduna villages.”

“The governor should send them back to where they came from. They cannot create trouble somewhere and run to Southern Kaduna for refuge.

He should not blame anybody if the community of Southern Kaduna decides anything different because enough is enough for this nonsense. “In as much as we respect the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria about the freedom of choice of where to stay, our concern is that the Fulanis are people who have created trouble somewhere and are running to Southern Kaduna for refuge.

“We are concerned because of the reoccurring of attacks in our villages by this same group of people. These are people who have been dislodged from Plateau and other states and are coming to foment trouble on our land.”

Primitivity, achaic, nonchalant, dubiouse, iliteracy, homoerectus, retrogresive, undeveloped, cowards, a never-do-well, eunochs, inhuman, uncircumcised, under-developed. These and many more are qualities to determine the atitude of an average Hausa/Fulani. No need asking questions on what and why such circumstances occour. They will continue to kill and to masacar, unelse they r put into school and r made to knw d diferences between a Cattle and a human being.

The Middle-Belters should stop disrespecting the Fulanis, especially the people of plateau state, so that the Fulanis will stop killing them. Because this country is the Federal Republic of Hausa/Fulani.
The people of Middle-Belt should stop farming, and stop doing any type of business whatsoever, and stop complaining that Fulani cows are grazing in their farms, destroying their crops. They should not bother themselves of what to eat. Anything they need, they should go to the sovereign Yakubu Gowon, who understands how to keep everything in order, he will give it to them, and their lives will never remain the same again.

Well spoken SOKAPU. Some northerners will leave their governors, politicians and elders alone when there is trouble in their areas and start to blame Jonathan and calling on him to take action. This is food for thought for our governors, ACN leadership, elders and OPC in the southwest. They should send all fulani herdsmen packing from Yoruba land forthwith before they start slaughtering our people. Please heed my advice now.

I think the best way to stop this madness is to found virgin lands between Nigeria and Nigerien or Chadian boarders and develop them into grazing lands and settle these infra-human species there and call them a different country because they constitute an embrassment to civilisation and what it represents. Is it not a shame that these savages are associated with the rest of us, all in the name of unity? As Sam Adams asked his countrymen during the American agitation for independence, ‘is peace so precious that it should be purchased at the expense of liberty? Give me liberty or give me death!’ Enough of this nonsense. We should not forget so easily that it us the pogrom of 1966 under the supervision of Gowon and Danjuma that led to the secessionist war of 1967 -1970. A stitch in time can save the whole ten..

Mmmhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!! what goes around comes around. “The blood of over 30,000 innocent men, women and children that were killed in the May, 1966 pogrom still cry to God for vengance”. “Vengance is mine says the Lord”. At the end those who thought killing was a way to unity and peace will have their own fair share of death, may be they will know what it feels to have their loved ones hacked down in a cold blood. Then they will appreciate the sacrifice some sections of Nigeria have made for this decietful and false union.
