Abiola, the hardworking fashionable daughter of business mogul Alhaji Rasak Okoya, is currently working on a project, aimed at exposing Nigerian artistes to the international community through the annual Grammy Awards.
Her project aims to expose the Nigerian audience to the whole being of the award and enable them learn and gain access to one of the entertainment’s most glamourous event, the Grammy Awards. Grammy Awardds originally known as Gramophone Award, is an accolade by the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences of the United States of America.
The annual presentation ceremony features performances by prominent artistes and some of the awards of popular interests are presented in a widely televised ceremony. It is the music equivalent to the Emmy Awards for television, the Tony Awards for stage performances and the Academy Awards for motion pictures.
The 55th Grammy Awards will take place on February 10, 2013 in Los Angeles, United States of America and it will be aired live on CBS from Staples Centre, Los Angelese.
