The Senate has assured Nigerians that it would make its investigations into the allegation of fraud against the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) public.

This will be a sharp departure from the committee set up by President Muhammadu Buhari who had asked his deputy to take over the probe on behalf of the Executive.

The position of the Senate was made known by Senator representing Kaduna Central of upper chamber of National Assembly, Shehu Sani.

Sen. Sani, who is Chairman, Senate Committee on Humanitarian Crisis in North East in an interview with Daily Sun, in Kaduna, said that his committee would provide the public all the documents which it has used to indict public officials who profited from unwholesome deals.

The occasion was the graduation ceremony of 100 young women which he empowered in various vocational training in collaboration with Magvoil Vocational Centre.

The federal lawmaker, who was reacting to the possibility of the Osinbajo committee to  investigate the suspended embattled SGF in camera, maintained that the Sernate committee would throw its doors open while conducting its investigations.
