Super Eagles striker Olarenwaju Kayode has confirmed that he has joined Premier League club Manchester City from Austria Wien.

In a message on his Instagram account, Kayode said he has signed a four-year contract with City and will immediately join partner club Girona FC in Spain’s LaLiga on a season-long loan deal. “He makes all things beautiful in his time, what He has to give you won’t be forced, it won’t be snatched, it won’t be coerced, you won’t feel manipulated, you won’t have to question it…God is God all BY HIMSELF…Done deal; Manchester city player:4 years contract ;a year loan to Girona FC Spain…let’s make it happen my king…Am blessed…it’s time to kick some Ass and play good football…Thanks to the real LK8 fans and family…We love you all,” Kayode posted on Instagram.

Kayode, 24, scored 24 goals in 48 matches for Austria Wien last season.

He previously played for Maccabi Netanya in Israel and ASEC Mimosas in Cote d’Ivoire, and also had several loan spells including a stint with FC Luzern in Switzerland.
