Founder and Chairman of Coscharis Group, Cosmas Maduka, has warned Nigerian youths that successful and fulfilled life would elude them except they discover their God-given talents.

He said talent discovery would automatically place their lives on the part of speedy social and career progress and fulfillment, with a possible spill over on friends and extended family members.

Maduka was among the topnotch Nigerian business and political leaders who addressed hundreds of young Nigerians at the Emerging African Leaders Foundation Conference (EALFC), organised by the Centre for Social Awareness, Advocacy and Ethics (CSAAE), in Abuja.

Other notable speakers were human right activist, Prof. Chidi Odinkalu and former deputy governor of Plateau State, Pauline Tallen, among others.

Each year, CSAAE kicks off its three-year Emerging African Leaders Programme (ELP) with the EALFC, designed to address Africa’s leadership problems, challenge emerging leaders to seek solutions to community problems and orient future leaders towards social and moral values that would enhance the greater good of Africa.
