• Attackers of match officials to be handed to LMC on Wednesday

Nigeria National League crusaders in the Northern Conference, Kaduna United will play under locked doors in their next three (3) home matches as the League management has decided to seize the keys to the Kaduna Township Stadium following assault on match officials in their last home tie with conference leaders Kwara United.

This is said to be in keeping with article twenty (26) of the rules governing the 2016-2017 season .

It was gathered that  some fans and supporters of Kaduna United ihave also been ndicted for attacking match officials on the day after the encounter and inflicting various degrees of bodily injuries in the process.

As a result of this, the NNL issued a -seven  day ultimatum to Kaduna State Football Association to as a matter of urgency produce the assailants to appear before the Compliance Arm of the League on Wednesday,16th August,2017

An additional summary jurisdiction taken by the League management is that Kaduna United will have to cough out the sum of one million Naira (N1,000.000.00) as fine for the offence committed.

Kaduna United occupy the 7th spot on the log with 24 points,while Kwara United are topping with 38 points.

Meanwhile, the League Management of Bet9ja NNL, has rescheduled the match day 26 tie between home side UNICEM Rovers and Gateway United of Abeokuta earlier fixed for Sunday,13th  to now hold on Monday,14th August 2017 at the UJ Esuene Stadium,Calabar.

The change is occasioned by the Nigeria Professional Football League encounter involving Enyimba International and Abubakar Bukola Saraki Football Club (ABS) at the same venue.
