The Ogun State Ministry of Youth and Sports in collaboration with the Fun Tuf Resource Centre will, on Saturday, June 10 to Monday, June 12, 2017 hold a maiden commemorative match among the media outlets in the state.
The event will hold at the at the Funturf Resource Centre.
In a release signed by the commissioner for Youths and Sport, Hon. Afolabi Afuape, he said that the match was in honour of late Chief Moshood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola (MKO), acclaimed winner of the June 12 ,1993 Presidential election which was annulled by defunct Ibrahim Babangida military junta.
According to the release, interested media outlets operating in the state are expected to participate in the Fun Tuf football competition for the media practitioners in commemoration of the day.
